I. Service Commitment

Timely Service

Any inquiries will be replied within 24 hours. Solutions will be given to handle customer complaints within 72 hours, exclude delivery time and delay time caused customer.

After Sales Service

After sales service and free technical consultation are available for all ZASTONE two way radios. Any non-human caused damaged products can be repaired or returned within the warranty. Only small amount of fee will be charged for repairing the man-made damaged products beyond the warranty.

II. Warranty Terms and Conditions

1. Warranty service is valid only under normal use. Users have to pay for the maintenance of man-made damaged products.

Man-made damaged include:

a.Disassemble, install, or modify the walkie talkie

b.Natural wear and tear

c. Mechanical damage

d.Violate user instructions

e.Use other brand accessories or antenna

2.Warranty for distributor start from the date of production, who can enjoy a favorable warranty with additional 3 months for inventory turnover. For instance, warranty of ZT-V180 high power radio is 12months+3months=15months.

3.Warranty for end users start from the pick up date, who have to  provide the invoice and warranty card for enjoying the warranty service. The warranty card is valid on the condition of written with purchase date and stamped by the seller.

4.Do not tear up the ZASTONE label and bar code on the radio communication devices. Otherwise, no warranty will be offered.
